A little about me...
I was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, and now I’m raising my family here…you could say I know the neighborhood! I attended UCLA for my undergraduate degree and then I went to USC for my PhD in English. I taught English and Writing at USC for over ten years, which was a very fulfilling experience.
I left teaching for the world of real estate in 2002 and I haven’t looked back! My PhD and university teaching experience set me apart from other Realtors, and I find the skills I refined in the academic arena help me in negotiating, solving problems creatively, and explaining the big picture without losing sight of the important details. I am a licensed broker, which is the highest level of license awarded by the California Department of Real Estate (the test is more comprehensive than the real estate agent exam). I also hold the GRI designation, the result of a full year of advanced coursework covering all aspects of real estate. My extensive educational background reflects my commitment to excellence, and you can trust me to always work hard for you and your interests.
